Health Guarantee
All puppies
are guaranteed to be sound and healthy. If the puppy is taken to your
veterinarian within three (3) business days of purchase and found not
to be in good health, it may be returned for a full refund provided the
puppy has not been injured or neglected within those 72 hours.
If puppy should die before reaching 12 months of age (1 year), it will
be replaced with a puppy of equal value or 100% of your purchase price
may be applied toward a puppy of greater value.
The dog will not be replaced if it should die from conditions resulting
from:
abuse, neglect, or accident.
Dog will not be replaced if it has been used for breeding.
You, as owner, are required to:
- Maintain all immunizations.
- Have the dog checked for
internal parasites every 3 months until one year of age.
- The dog is to be put on
heartworm preventative at six months of age.
- If illness occurs, the
dog is to receive immediate veterinarian care and all prescribed
treatment is to be followed.
Written proof will be required to verify all of the above.
I am to be notified within 48 hours of the death of the dog. An autopsy
shall be performed to determine the exact cause of death. The results
shall be sent in writing to my veterinarian.
I am not responsible for any veterinarian costs incurred by the dog.
I am not responsible for any freight or charges incurred in returning
or replacing the dog.
